Jewellery Refunds

Important Notice on Jewellery Purchases

At Adorn, we are committed to providing you with high-quality jewellery that meets the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Due to the intimate nature of body jewellery, we have a strict policy regarding returns:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or store credits on any piercing jewellery or earrings. This includes cases where you have changed your mind or purchased the wrong size.

  • Size and Fit: While we strive to assist you in selecting the perfect fit, we cannot guarantee sizing without a fitting. We recommend visiting our studio for a fitting to ensure the best possible outcome.

  • No Returns on Unworn Items: Even if the jewellery has supposedly not been worn, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • Faulty Jewellery: If you believe your jewellery is faulty, please visit our studio with the item or contact us to discuss the issue. We will fully comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to address any faults.

We take pride in offering only brand new, high-quality items. We do not resell or reuse body jewellery, nor do we deal in anything second-hand. When you purchase from us, you can be confident that you are receiving a pristine, never-before-worn product.

Piercing Refunds

Perfect Piercing Policy and Refund Terms

At our studio, we take pride in ensuring that every piercing meets your expectations.

 

As part of our Perfect Piercing Policy, we offer the following options if you’re not fully satisfied with your piercing:

​

  • Re-Piercing: If you’re unhappy with the placement, we will gladly redo the piercing for you at no additional cost.

  • Store Credit or Refund: If you prefer not to have the piercing redone, we offer the choice of a full refund or a store credit.
     

Please note that to take advantage of these options, we ask that you contact us within 10 days of your piercing. For any concerns raised after this period, we handle them on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible outcome for you.

Important Notice: We strongly encourage you to communicate directly with us if you experience any issues with your piercing. It’s important to address these concerns immediately so we can work with you to find the best solution. We’re committed to resolving any issues to ensure your complete satisfaction.
